Use of Service<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must use GroupRemind in compliance with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All applicable laws<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti-spam regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consent (opt-in) requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unauthorized or abusive use of the platform may result in account suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Messaging Compliance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You must comply with A2P messaging rules, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clear opt-in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>STOP\/HELP compliance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No misleading content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No unsupported high-risk industries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Violation may result in carrier blocking or account termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>GroupRemind and G-Vanguard are not liable for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delayed or undelivered messages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damages caused by misuse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.
