- No unsupported high-risk industries
Violation may result in carrier blocking or account termination.
4. Billing and Payments

Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high reliability, but we do not guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- Delivery of every message (carrier factors apply)
- Error-free operation
6. Limitation of Liability
GroupRemind and G-Vanguard are not liable for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages
- Data loss
- Damages caused by misuse
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Abuse or violations of messaging rules
- Illegal use
- Security risks
- Non-payment
Users may cancel at any time.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
